How to make modeling Chocolate using White Chocolate Candy Melts

Ingredients
12oz White Chocolate (I used candy melts) you can get them at Walmart or Micheal's
½ cup Light Corn Syrup
Desired Gel Colors (optional) TOOLS
Double broiler Stainless steel bowl
Spatula
Steps
Add Candy Melts to a double boiler
Add the syrup
Set over simmering water and do not let water touch the pot
Let chocolate melt a bit, then stir a bit, keep stirring until smooth and homogenous
Transfer to a bowl and cover
